Steph Hartsell

From a very young age, I knew I wanted to be a stylist. What started as playing with friends’ hair quickly grew into a lifelong passion for helping people feel beautiful and confident. I began working in the salon industry in 2000 and officially earned my license in 2007. During that time, I also became a proud mom to two wonderful daughters, who inspire me to keep growing and pursuing my dreams every day.

In 2014, I became DevaCurl certified, allowing me to specialize in curly hair care and styling, while also continuing to perfect my skills in all areas of hair artistry. I truly enjoy every aspect of this industry—from vibrant color transformations to precision cuts (on both curly and straight textures), smoothing keratin treatments, and delivering the kind of blowouts that make clients look and feel amazing.

Education is a cornerstone of my career. I believe in always evolving with new trends, techniques, and products, whether through in-person training or online learning opportunities. The beauty industry is constantly changing, and I love staying at the forefront so I can bring fresh, exciting styles to my clients.

What I love most about this career, though, is the people. I feel incredibly blessed to work with such amazing clients and talented coworkers who make every day rewarding. My mission is simple: to create a welcoming, professional, and inspiring space where each client leaves feeling confident, cared for, and completely in love with their hair.
