SPA ETIQUETTE

CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICIES

Multiple service appointments must be confirmed with a major credit card or gift certificate number. We realize that sometimes there is no choice but to change or cancel an appointment. Our salon and spa requests a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. Late arrivals may result in an adjustment to the service.

CHILDREN

We welcome children for their own appointments. For insurance purposes children are not allowed in the service area unless they have an appointment. All of us at Salon Nochéa Salon and Spa are trying to create a relaxing environment for all of our guests. When children accompany guests, we may have to ask the guest to reschedule their appointment.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all skin and body treatments so we may obtain the necessary information to provide you with a customized service. This includes all package and getaway packages.

PRICES AND TIPPING

All prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included in any gift package, spa or salon service.

CONSULTATION

Consultations are available for all services including spa services at no extra charge.

BRIDAL SERVICES

When it comes to your wedding day, let us make you and your bridal party picture perfect. We will customize a style according to your wishes, facial shape, headpiece, and wedding theme. Your wedding makeup will be applied to a flawless lasting finish. Call us for a free consultation about your wedding needs. 

Up Do's $60.00 and Up
Bridal Up Do's $75.00  and up

Bridal parties 0f 4-5 require $100.00 deposit, 6 or more $200.00. Deposit is refundable if you must cancel within 72 hours of date.
